HRF’s Agricultural Training Program in Accra is designed to improve food security and farmer livelihoods through modern farming techniques. The program includes workshops on sustainable agriculture, soil management, and crop rotation. Farmers receive high-quality seeds and tools, as well as ongoing technical support. The initiative benefits over 500 farmers, helping to increase crop yields and household incomes. HRF also promotes the formation of cooperatives to enable farmers to access markets more effectively and negotiate better prices for their produce.
